  1. Toast the bread. Butter it and add the cheese, put it back under the grill till the cheese starts to melt. Add the ham and tomatoes and put back under the grill. When its cooked to your liking remove and enjoy.

  2. It’s a fairly thick sandwich, this is how we did it at work. While you’re toasting the one sides of the bread, put the ham and cheese and tomatoes on a plate and nuke for a minute to get warm. Then assemble the sandwich and grill for a bit more until it’s all melty.

  3. I’d put it in a pannini press. Simple and easy.

  4. u can do it under the gril or use a pan and spray it or butter the bread of the sandwich on the outside with butter or mayo just so it cooks the bread to a crisp
