Question by James: What looks like a green tomato but tastes like a cucumber?
I had a great salad last night with a veggie I’ve never seen before. I looked like an heirloom tomato but was super crunchy, looked a little like a melon, but tasted like a cucumber! What was it?
It was too large to be a tomatillo. Was a pale green/yellow on the outside and whitish on the inside.
It was a lemon cucumber! Thanks!
