  2. I used to make stuffed chicken by pounding the chicken breast and rolling the stuffing into it. NO MORE! your way is much better and easier. Thank you!

  3. I just made that it was delish amazing how do you do it but instead of a little stuffing I put a lot turned out the same though

  6. you can use the chicken’s tenderloin, located at the back of the breast, remove that part and use it to cork the insision you made :]

  7. Take a bunch of asparagus spears, and wrap them in prosciutto and bake in the oven. The prosciutto gives them a nice amount of salt, and crisps up around them.

  8. Chicken-Fried Corn on the Cob

    Ingredients
    1 cup milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/2 cups flour
    1 teaspoon seasoning salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
6 ears corn, husks and silk removed
    oil (for frying)

    Directions
1 Combine milk and egg in shallow dish and mix well.
2 Combine flour, seasoned salt and pepper in shallow dish and mix well.
3 Dip each ear of corn into milk and egg mixture, then roll in seasoned flour. Knock off excess flour.
4 In a large skillet, heat oil to 350 degrees.
5 Add corn and fry for 5 minutes or until golden brown (approximately 2-1/2 minutes on each side).
    6 Drain on paper towels.

  9. wilted spinach w/ lemon and lots of sliced garlic
    green salad
    green beans almondine
    sauteed onions and mushrooms

  10. Creamed spinach is a classic. Especially good if you use fresh spinach. I always use a dusting of fresh grated nutmeg…nobody ever knows why mine is better than anyone else’s, but it’s the nutmeg.

  11. Salad.

The steak and chips are very heavy foods. A simple salad w/ a Vinaigrette would go well. Add the Sun dried tomatoes to the salad.

Little things like using a Vege. peeler to make carrot shavings will add a little color to the salad. Can also place a few pieces of canned Beets around the salad for even more color or orange or tangerine segments.

  12. Creamed spinach. You can get it from Boston Chicken which makes an excellent cs.
