Question by hayyyyy.: simple pasta with cheese recipe?
I dont have much to add in the pasta. I have sharp cheddar, an abundance of spices, Parmesan, garlic, cherry tomatoes, milk, a variety of salad dressings and broccoli. Can anyone think of a simple recipe? Hot or cold- it doesnt matter.

I’d do a cold pasta salad, cut the tomatoes in half, add cubed cheddar cheese, steamed broccoli, minced garlic, black pepper, parmesan and ceaser dressing.

  2. boil noodles. chop garlic, tomato, and even broccili and simer in oil. when slightly cooked pour some milk on top and add chedar chese after the cheese melts stir in parmsean and spices then add noodles. It’s all good!

  3. Do you have butter?

Cook the pasta first in boiling water. Add it in a skillet with some butter and parmesan cheese. Then add in some broccoli and cover the pan to let it steam.

There’s a restaurant where I live that makes something like this. It’s called Browned Butter Spaghetti and broccoli =]

  4. Cook your pasta as directed. Cut the broccoli into bite size pieces and blanch quickly. Heat olive oil and butter over medium heat saute some garlic add the broccoli and cherry tomato halves until broccoli is tender crisp. Serve over the pasta with grated parmesan. Simple and elegant Enjoy!

  5. I would saute the garlicc, broccolii and the cherry tomatoes (halved) with a little oil. Boil your pasta. Then add in your saute mixture and your cheeses. As far as spices go. Add salt to your water that is boiling water and some cayenne to you pasta mixture. It is amazing!!!!

  6. boil and cook your pasta to your liking (e.g. al dente)
place your cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet, and into a 375 degree oven for a couple of minutes, until they have all ‘popped’
put your pasta in a serving bowl, add some salt, pepper, and toss with some olive oil, which you warmed up in a pan containing half a teaspoon of chilli flakes and a clove of garlic. dispose of the garlic clove.
pour the oil and mix thoroughly throughout your pasta. add in the tomatoes and toss. shave some of the sharp cheddar on top of your bowls and serve!
