Question by Cowboy’s Sweetheart: Is this cheese still good to eat?
Today mom bought one of those “Laughing Cow” boxes of cheese. It says on the box, “refrigerate after purchasing”. It was not in the refrigerator case at the grocery store. She forgot and left it in the car for about six hours. The temp was near 90 all day and very humid. It was not opened. She intends to eat it anyway. She is so stubborn and will not throw it away. Is this going to make her sick? The flavor is”Sun Dried Tomato with Basil” if it makes any differnece.

Sweetie its fine to eat, your mom its safe. those cheeses are pasteurized and then individually foil wrapped. They are still safe to eat. Please remember that cheese making started as a way to preserve milk. 6 hours in the heat isn’t going to do anything to it.
