134 lbs currently

Let’s say I eat every day until then:

Breakfast -1 or 2 instant oatmeals
Lunch- sweet potato
Dinner – tomato soup
*banana for snack if I get super hungry
(that’s 450-700 calories)
And exercise on the elliptical burning 200 calories, every day.
Drink lots and lots of water.

  1. thanks Ginger! :)

  2. Nice, Nichen!

  3. you cant lose much in to weeks lucky if you lose a pound, if you want to ensure a 1 pound loss you need an intense work out like insanely intense

  4. Not much, if any at all, since you’re starving yourself. If you’re going to lose weight, you should eat no less than 1400 calories a day (judging by your activity level and current weight). Eat 1400 calories, and burn about 300 a day and you can lose about 5 lbs by Thanksgiving, if you’re very lucky. Don’t forget at least 8 glasses of water, and try some more vegetables.

  5. im sorry but there is no way for someone to tell you how much weight you will loose because different people loose weight at different weights, for example, i loose weight very easily but my cousin on the other hand struggles to loose weight

  6. 20 pounds

  7. 2 lbs…maybe 1 lb or 2 more if your body isn’t used to that rediculous crash diet already. You’ll most likely gain it back though.

  8. You can safely lose up to two pounds a week, however in order for your body to still work properly and safely you must eat at least 1200 calories a day. If you don’t eat enough, it can actually slow down your metabolism, causing you to struggle with losing the weight and can possibly make you gain all the weight back, possibly even more
