via YouTube Capture. Question by ♪Jackie Blue♪: Will Bisquick baking mix be ok to use to whem making fried green tomatoes? I don’t have any cornmeal or bread crumbs only flour, but want to use more than just flour. Should I mix Bisquick with the flour, or just use the Bisquick? I plan to coat the tomatoes in an egg/milk mixture then coat in flour/mix.I have heard that cracker crumbs are good too. If you have any other suggestions I will appreciate it.
