TANGY & DELICIOUS GAZPACHO (Spanish Tomato Soup)

Gazpacho is a cold tomato soup that can be prepared using just a blender. Check out this easy, healthy and delicious recipe. Check out my website: http://www…

Question by jade scarlette :): How can I combine these two soup recipes?
These both look really really good and I have all the ingrediants on hand. I was wondering if there was a way I could combine them, and if so, how?
Here are the links for the 2 recipes

Also I have a lot of carrots to use up, so is there any way I can incorporate them into it?

Also my fiance eats meat and I do not, I would like to make up some hamburger for him to go with dinner and I’m not sure what would go with this, meatballs maybe? I don’t know, lol! Meat eaters help me out here please!

SO I know I asked a lot of questions :)
But I thank and appreciate you for any and all help.

Given the two recipes I think the butternut/tomato sounds better. I don’t see any reason you couldn’t “marry” the two however I think the butternut squash and tomato will be a stronger flavor than the potato.
If you want to do a meatier soup but go along the lines of the potato then look for a recipe for a “Loaded Baked Potato Soup”. All the ingredients of a baked potato in a soup. You could brown up some beef for you fiance to add to his while you can leave it out of yours.
For the Butternut squash soup you could brown up a chicken breast and cut it up for his soup. That would go very nicely with that soup.
By the way thanks for the soup recipe, butternut squash is one of my favorites and this is certainly soup weather.
