Question by girlygirl: Can someone give me a simple dairy-free recipe for tomato soup using fresh raw tomatoes, not canned ones?
I’d like a recipe that doesn’t contain too many ingredients. Like 6 ingredients or less would be great. Thanks in advance!

i am telling you the recipe that i use to prepare tomato soup at home
1) take some fresh tomatoes and wash them
2) boil those tomatoes in the cooker
3) after boiling , mash them using griander or a masher or anything else which is used to mash
4) after mashing , using a seiver , seive the content
5) after seiving ,again boil it and while boiling add some sugar, pepper and salt
6) add some garnishing (optional) like coriander leaves
6) serve it hot and fresh

    Veg stock

    Roast tomatoes in oven with olive oil and season. Make a cross in the top and peel off skin.
    Blitz i blender then strain.
    Sweat off onions, celery add garlic then tomatoe puree ( cook this out for 3-5 minutes) add in tomatoes, then some veg stock. Season and enjoy.

  3. get some fresh tomatoes that are ripe and put them in boiling water first to remove their skins
    than peel a few potatoes and dice them , 1-2 stalks of celery diced , 1 onion chopped, some freshly chopped Italian Parsley , 1 clove of chopped garlic, a bit of olive oil , salt and pepper , water to cover all .

    Cook until the potatoes are soft and transfer all into the food processor . Process until creamy and serve with crusty bread.

  4. If you do not want the Jalapeno just omit it from the recipe .

    Tomato Jalapeno Soup

    28 oz. plum tomatoes , undrained
    1 pkg. soft tofu , drained , divided
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1/2 c. fine chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic minced
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. minced ,seeded jalapeno
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. cumin
    1 tbsp. parmesan
    1 tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. salt
    Combine tomato , 6 oz tofu and sugar , with blender puree until smooth . Heat olive oil in lg. saucepan over med. heat . Add onion and garlic , saute 4 min. Reduce heat to med. and stir in tomato mixture , basil and next 4 ingredients . Cook until thoroughly heated and keep warm .
    Combine remaining tofu , parmesan , lemon juice and salt with your blender until smooth . Ladle soup into bowls and top with parm. mix .
