  1. I started adding (VERY light) salt and pepper when my son started eating more solid food rather than baby food purees. My thought is that just because he’s a toddler doesn’t mean he needs to eat bland food! I’ve found that some things he likes with salt and pepper (avocados) and some he prefers plain (french fries.) It’s fun discovering his little taste buds and preferences.

  2. Do you salt and pepper at all for your toddler? If so, what age did you start salting his food? My son is 9 months almost 10 and I haven’t salted anything I’ve given him yet.
