Question by Bombshell Bodhisattva: How do I make Indian tomato-onion salad?
This is at our favorite Indian restaurant, and it’s fantastic. It’s a condiment, not a dish.
Also called red onion salad. It’s not a chutney; too chunky for that.
It’s bright red, and contains, tomato, onion, spices, and I don’t know what else.
I can’t get any info out of the restaurant…I guess it’s a trade secret!
Anybody have the recipe?

You can use Red onions, Lettuce, Tomato.
For spices you can use-
1.Chat Masala ( I recommend to buy MDH Brand- from Indian grocery store)
2. Black Pepper
3. Little Salt
Some restaurant use yougurt to make salad dressing. you can try that too.
