Question by Kate J: Has anyone tried that Clamato Budweiser?
I thought I might like it since I like beer and tomato juice, but mixed together it’s like the grossest thing you’d ever want to drink. I tried chilling one in the freezer to improve it’s taste, and that didn’t work. I can’t see it staying on the market for very long.

Actually, it may not taste too good, but it is a great cure for your hangover the next day. Better than a Bloody Mary. Just add some lime juice and a couple drops of tabasco sauce and it you are good to go.

Clamato is Clam, tomato and Bud. I like clams, hate tomatoes and detest Budweiser… don’t think I will ever try this.
My husband loves it, but we can’t find it in all stores. It is a very different taste, one of those things you either love for hate. I did not care for it myself.
It’s an old Mexican hang over remedy, and someone at Budweiser finally got smart to market a beer that has Clamato mixed in. Most people just drink one to cure that nasty feeling and that’s why they only sell them by the 24oz. can. If you notice on the can, what ever is written on there is also in Spanish.
i love beer and tomato juice- especially on sunday- i tried the clamato bud- my husband thought he was funny buying it for me-NASTY
