sure you can! In fact it is best to keep it that way if you have a lot of it. lable the jars or whatever you are keeping it in. also remember that a juice that is heavily tomato will get more “watery” when frozen. The water separates somewhat from the actual tomato juice. It will still be good though.

i think you can, but if you want the vitamins from the juice immediately, it has to be consumed within a day or two.
