Tomato mozzarella basil salad

A little twist on the traditional Tomato, mozzarella and basil salad. With some added Sun blushed tomatoes and olives to give at an extra dimension. Serves 4.

Question by m l: Does anyone know a recipe for a fat free tangy tomato salad dressing?
I had it at a resturant called Latta Watta Creek.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup chopped fresh tomato
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon ketchup
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon minced fresh basil
1 tablespoon minced fresh thyme
DIRECTIONS
Place tomato, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mustard, basil, and thyme in a small bowl. Mix thoroughly, cover, and refrigerate until serving.

    1/2 cup white or red wine vinegar
    1/3 cup water
    1/3 cup vegetable oil or olive oil
    1/4 cup light corn syrup
    2 1/2 tablespoons grated Romano cheese
    2 tablespoons dry pectin
    2 tablespoons beaten egg
    1 1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    1 cup diced tomatoes
    1/2 teaspoons minced fresh garlic
    1/4 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
    pinch of oregano
    pinch of crushed red pepper flakes

    Directions
    Combine all of the ingredients with a mixer on medium speed (Or a blender on low) for 30 seconds.
    Chill at least 1 hour.
