Question by Scadoosh-x: How many calories in Lentil or Tomato soup?
The tomato soup isnt ‘cream of…’ – its more like the homeade stuff.
And the serving is pretty small, its in one of those polystyreine cups.
Im trying to watch my calories a little, but I dont know the values of things at school.. So thats where you come in

Usually soup runs about 90 calories per serving, if it’s Campbells. If it’s smaller than say 8 oz. of soup then it’s probably about half that.
