Question by Confused: Calories in a Grilled Cheese Sandwich and Tomato Soup?
How many calories are in a Grilled Cheese Sandwich and Tomato Soup.
They served it at school and it was white bread and yellow cheese, not sure about the butter.
Tomato soup I guess was watered down not sure and it was like a small bowl of it.
Please help?

Totally depends on how much butter and how much/what kind of cheese.
Doesn’t matter how many calories to me. I love Grilled Cheese w/Tomato Soup!

It would be less hearty with the tomato juice. The sauce has a lot of body that the juice wouldn’t supply.
I just had this for dinner! It was awesome. I substituted the tomato juice for tomato paste and tomato sauce.
Just to warn you, this soup is VERY VERY VERY hearty and rich (A.K.A. Italian style!). I was going to have cake, but I’m way too full.
